CallVoy is an AI receptionist for small businesses. It answers your phone around the clock in a cloned version of your own voice, so callers hear you rather than a robot — while you're with a customer, after hours and on holidays.

You set it up in your browser. Record about a minute of audio to clone your voice, pick a template — receptionist, appointment booking or lead qualification — and describe your business in plain English. Your voice, your callers, your rules

CallVoy's voice and call technology is built and run by Geniteam. Here is how we treat what you and your callers give us.

  • Only your voice, with your consent

    Before a clone is made you confirm the voice is yours or that you have the speaker's permission. The clone belongs to your account and only speaks for your agents.

  • Callers' details stay in your account

    Caller numbers, transcripts and summaries are stored for your call log, visible to you and the Geniteam team that supports you. They are never sold.

  • Delete any time

    Remove a voice or an agent from its page and the samples and clone go with it. Close your account and the rest follows.

  • Honest with callers

    Your agent says only what your script allows. We recommend telling callers they're speaking with an AI assistant, and the first message is the place to do it.

Will it really sound like me?
Yes. About a minute of your voice is enough to clone it. You hear a preview before you use it, and you can use a different voice instead if you prefer.
Do I need a phone number or a phone system?
Not to try it. You test your agent in the browser, free. When you're ready to go live, our team sets up a phone number for you — nothing to install or configure on your side.
What does it cost?
Cloning your voice, building your agent and testing it in the browser are free. Going live on a phone number is a monthly plan, for $29 a month, with a number included and no contract. See the plans.
What does the agent do when it can't answer?
It takes a message with the caller's details so you can call back, and it stays within the script you gave it — it won't make things up about your business.
Which languages can it speak?

Your agent can take calls in 40 languages — English, Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, French, German, Chinese, Japanese and more — all in your cloned voice. You pick the language when you create the agent and can change it any time. The full list is under the video above.

Can I change what it says later?
Any time. The script is plain English — edit it, test again and republish. Changes reach the live agent as soon as you publish.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes: a minute of audio for the voice, a template for the script, and a test call. Most of that time is you listening to your agent.
